Human Head
Human Head
This piece is inspired by the archaeological discoveries of the monumental stone heads found in Central America. They are believed to have been crafted by a pre-Columbian civilization, the Olmecs, and depict individuals with "negroid" characteristics.
The 2.5-meter head is constructed with one half depicting the face of the constructor's son and the other half portraying his daughter's face. These two parts are seamlessly joined to give the impression of a single face when viewed from the front, while maintaining their individuality when seen from either side.
